REQUIREMENTS: The primary duties of this position will be to perform clerical tasks within the Transportation Driver Recruiting group. Duties involved, but not limited to: Assisting the driver recruiters and the recruiting manager by answering phones, gathering background information, building and auditing candidate files, data entry, helping candidates with the application, and report creation.
Duties will require using set policies and procedures; judgment is required to determine application of those policies/procedures. Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Computer Skills: Must be proficient in computer skills, especially the ability to maneuver within numerous web applications, and the ability to multitask and handle fast paced environments.
