We have a nationally branded seed company currently seeking motivated, energetic individuals with a strong agricultural and leadership background. As an independent contractor, these individuals will be responsible for managing and interacting with dealers and prospective customers, helping them understand the company's products, policies, programs, and products while representing the company with professionalism on a daily basis. The key role will be to grow their business through managing direct relationships with dealers and customers in the assigned district.? Looking for somebody with an entrepreneurial spirit!!? Unlimited income potential.Job Responsibilities:Build a dealer network of influential individuals in the areaAggressive marketing and sales of the company's corn, soybean, alfalfa, sorghum, and sunflower productsEstablish and build effective customer relationshipsWork with customers to enhance the profitability of their business through sales and use of our productsAbility to lead grower meetings and connect with customersProvide communication between the customer and business management teamWork closely with team members to solve complex customer issuesProvide critical input to the business management teamRepresent the Company as you demonstrate your knowledge of the businessMust have excellent verbal and communication skillsComputer skills required to manage accounts- candidates will be required to use software/intranet to generate reports, inventory data, access the Company information and complete administrative dutiesParticipation and attendance is expected at national, regional and local team meetings with the possibility of overnight travelStrong agronomic background required, CCA certified preferredApply for this job.
