Responsibilities:Work within the company directives to establish and implement the sales strategy for the assigned areaSchedule and prioritize your time to service existing accounts and in prospecting and developing new customersManage for optimal financial resultsMonitor and assure quality service and timeliness of deliveryMaintain market intelligence for your assigned area (competitors, prospects, material costs, regulatory requirements, etc.) Requirements:3+ years successful sales experience in animal feedSales management experience a plusExperience selling value added and/or animal supplements a plusMust be an excellent results-oriented negotiatorMust enjoy taking on a challenge and have a strong entrepreneurial spiritExcellent listening skills, a problem solverValid driver’s license, clean driving record and the ability to travel throughout the territoryExperience at trade shows would be a plus Salary/Benefits:Base salary Plus CommissionBenefits: 401(k) + Health InsuranceApply for this job.
