NW MO One of our top clients is expanding its territories and expanding their team to better serve their added customer demand. This leading corn, soybean, and alfalfa seed organization is seeking a highly motivated seed seller to work with growers and dealers throughout NW Missouri and into NE Kansas. This organization works directly with growers, as well as dealer networks, so they are therefore seeking candidates that understand how to find new opportunities and build long term business relationships with those clients. Ideally, this is someone who knows how to transfer market share based on value and relationship. Expectations for the position include: ? Aggressive marketing and sales of the companys corn, soybean and traits ? A desire to make a difference for the grower, and as a result, the company ? The candidate must have a passion for selling seed and industry leading technology ? Demonstrate strong leadership abilities as well as the ability to work in a team environment ? Able to plan their day and execute the plan based on good business management skills
A qualified candidate would ideally come from: ? Other seed company DSMs ? Sales reps with grower experience in other parts of the ag industry ? Retail Agronomists that are ready to focus on seed and take the next step in their career
