They are seeking a qualified candidate for a territory that will cover the northern red River valley on both the MN and ND sides of the river. This is a territory with a proven and progressive dealer network. Therefore, qualified candidates need to be excited by both the ability to manage key accounts for the company as well as the opportunity to bring something new to the region by further developing that market. The qualified candidate would be expected to:Manage key dealers for the companyLead the existing dealer network in the region and enable them to continue their growthCall directly on producers in the area with the purpose of developing a strong dealer network to manage future grower salesBe knowledgeable on agronomy and seed, and provide a strong level of suport to dealers and customersBe willing to learn new things and show up driven to succeed Preferably have at least 5 years seed sales experience in the territoryHave a passion for seed sales and building a new territoryThis is a very profitable and successful organization that is rapidly being recognized as an emerging leader in the market.
