Reporting to the Northeast Iowa General Manager in Dyersville, Iowa, the Division Seed Manager is responsible for supporting the sales team in increasing seed sales, maximizing customer and company profitability, performing all business tasks safely and efficiently, and other duties as assigned. What you will do: Develop and implement strategies to increase seed sales across assigned Northeast Iowa Division Integrate and position proprietary products into customer business plansDevelop and maintain a thorough knowledge of product features, benefits and useOversee, train, mentor and motivate sales staff in assigned territory on selling seed and meeting margin objectivesProvide direction to be customer’s agronomic business partner of choiceAssure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate delivery and quality of productPerform other duties as assignedWhat you will bring: Minimum of 5 years’ experience selling crop inputs to ag producers, specifically seed Must reside in the Dyersville IA areaExcellent interpersonal, communication, planning, problem solving, and organizational skillsMust be a self-motivated team player with the desire to succeed Ability to lead and manage people Strong time management capabilityProficient use of computer programs to include Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPointValid Driver’s LicenseMust pass pre-employment drug screenMust meet DOT and Company requirementsAble to work additional hours to meet business demand Are you a good match?
