Domestic Sales Coordinator
Domestic Sales Coordinator This entry level position will report to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for overall support of the business growth within domestic markets. Primary responsibilities for this role include:Serve as primary contact for domestic quotations and orders. Follow up as necessary to ensure that quotes are current and orders ship as expectedProvide daily support to the Domestic Sales TeamLiaison for the domestic sales team with respect to all warehouse & logistics needsInterfacing with and supporting customers in all facets of their Spectrum business dealingsSubject matter expert with respect to international shipping matters and NetSuite (order entry, e-mail campaigns, etc.)Processing monthly international Accounts Receivable statements and following up, as necessary, on past due accountsMonitoring all international support cases and assisting the Technical Services team with prioritization of international cases The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and possess the following qualifications/ qualities /competencies:Bachelor s DegreeExperience with CRM systems, preferably NetSuiteEffective, strong communication skills, both verbal and writtenHigh level of accountability, team playerAbility to effectively communicate with senior leaders internally and with customersAbility to successfully handle multiple, high priority projects This position is salaried exempt.
