?SUMMARY:? Assists in design and construction of new Helena facilities and major renovations of existing facilities.? Completes required paperwork for construction projects.?ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:?Assists in the design of new facilities between the corporate office and the field location?s request.?Drafts written specifications for construction and repair of fixed assets such as warehouses, offices, tank farms, storage tanks and fertilizer facilities for management review.?Maintains up-to-date knowledge on current safety, environmental, building codes and fire regulations.?Serves as secondary contact with building and fire officials, state environmental departments and local municipal governing agencies to insure Helena locations are in compliance with local, state and federal laws..?Other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor/manager.?Reliable and regular attendance is expected.?QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:? Possesses or obtains Hazardous Response Certification.?OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:?Knowledge of agri-chemicals and their associated hazards desirable.?Building construction knowledge.?Good written and verbal communications skills.?CAD software and the Microsoft Office package.?Ability to be fitted for and work in protective equipment.PHYSICAL DEMANDS:?
