Job Responsibilities: Review and adhere to expectations of JHA?s, JCC?s and auditsDispatch all ADM driversDispatch all common carriersDeliver loads as needed.Maintain all equipment on site or at local repair shops to ADM and DOT standardsSet goals for number of JCC?s and auditsDo side by side audits of all drivers to review techniqueMaintain trucking safety goals and current goal statusLog violations and establish follow up proceduresMaintain current hours of service rulesMaintain current DOT VIR requirements and current audit programMaintain current progressive discipline policy regarding to speed and percentages and established follow up proceduresMaintain current drug procedure requirements and notification procedureMaintain monthly safety topic program and reportingAssist terminal manager with driver hiring processEstablish timeline and insure all required training is completed for new and existing employeesResponsible for Injury/Accident/Near Miss InvestigationsResponsible to implement the discipline policy (Drivers manual) Job Requirements: Previous trucking or transportation management experience preferred Relocation assistance is available with this position.
