Responsibilities:· Present and sell DTN products and services to current and potential clients· Identify and follow up on new sales leads and referrals· Look for unique opportunities to grow client base· Update CRM on a daily basis detailing sales activity, events, meetings, and adherence to goals.· Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.· Occasionally identify and resolve client concerns.· Participate in marketing events such as seminars, trade shows, and association meetings· Keep a positive and energetic personality Qualifications· Previous Sales experience, minimum 1-3 years required – inside sales and phone experience preferred.· Possess a relentless determination to make things happen· Have experience in selling consultatively, with strong closing skills· Be naturally curious · Have a history of strong team oriented work approach, not only solo success · Desire to work in a fun, highly energetic, competitive, team environment and casual atmosphere.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.· Background in Agriculture is a PLUS.
