DXO Connected Service Platform Product Owner
Position Purpose?We are looking for an enthusiastic leader to drive Cargill?s front office vision to work in a connected way and deliver a 360 degree view of our customers across sales and service teams. The Sales force platform capabilities are key enablers to achieve our strategic focus of driving to a customer obsessed culture and unifying the customer experience across sales and service channels.In this position, you will bring your deep expertise in Sales force capabilities and organizational transformations blending marketing and tech to empower our commercial sales and service teams to put the Customer First.?As a member of Global IT?s extended leadership team, you will be accountable for global strategy, delivery and operations across the Global CRM & Sales force portfolio of Cargill platform and enterprise level products across Cargill?s core Enterprises (Food Ingredients & Bio Industrial, Ag Supply Chain, Animal Nutrition, Protein & Salt).? You will be working ?top to top? across Commercial & Marketing Business Leaders and IT Business Partners to inspire, set vision, investment strategy & road map.?Budget oversight accountabilities across the global and regional CRM & Salesforce portfolio.?Global Portfolio ?Budget setting responsible for budget targets pricing & recovery models for people and capital spend to support the global portfolio.Region Portfolios ?Facilitate targets with NA, LATAM, EMEA & APAC region leaders including pricing and recovery models for people and capital spend to support region specific portfolios. Responsible for negotiating across regions to meet overall budget target outcomes.As the key delivery executive, you will build a high performing team for IT delivery and quality across all global programs and product capabilities in the portfolio.? This includes bringing a product mindset to governance and key stakeholder engagement, delivery oversight of multi-million capital programs and discretionary work. This position will be expected to leverage strategic vendor partners and direct/indirect reporting technical resources on and offshore to deliver end-to-end program and operations across the portfolio.? You will showcase your experience and partner with business leaders in preparing for operating model changes and business readiness plans required for success.In Review, this position will have accountabilities in the following areas:Trusted advisor to Commercial Sales & Marketing LeadersEngaged leader and recruiter of talent and high performing teamFacilitator of the portfolio/service strategy (technical & delivery) for the Global and Region CRM & Sales force portfolio(s) and strategies.Delivery oversight of program/product delivery, operations & value realization for the Global portfolio ecosystem of capabilities.Portfolio review in collaboration with Business Partner portfolio owners to ensure priority setting, demand forecasting & shaping.Budget oversight across Global and Region CRM & Sales force portfolio(s).Guides innovation/transformation and continuous improvement effortsDelivers against key business and operational SLAs/KPIs across the delivery ecosystem. Manages key vendor relationships at portfolio level.Drives appropriate standardization and differentiation across the portfolio.Chief innovation leader internal/external for the portfolio to bring new ideas, collaboration and benchmarks to improve what and how we perform.?Develop strong product development ties with Sales force program leaders to influence road map and co-invest opportunities.Product development experience using agile delivery methodsPrincipal Accountabilities60%? Manage Portfolio Platform & Product Delivery/Operations?Provide strategic leadership for the global tech capabilities and ecosystems for delivery end-to-end (program/product & operations)Accountable for the long term global strategy for the portfolioEnsure tight alignment with Enterprise Architects, Commercial Leaders/Process Owners on future enterprise technical roadmap?Partner with business & IT business partners in setting process, data & tech (PDT) strategy for portfolio area by enterprise as appropriateDevelop capital programs to deliver new capabilities that drive shared investment & strategyDelivery conceptual 2 yr detailed delivery road map?Set and drive for innovation and transformation targets and outcomesSet and drive for continuous improvement/lifecycle targets and outcomesDelivery IT Sponsor and oversight for global program/project delivery. Ensure proper governance, delivery shaping and execution across program/products aligned to portfolio.Lead culture of discipline and compliance and ensure adherence to a global standard process & methodsCollaborate with the Regional Deployment teams to optimize and/or modernize applicationsMonitor service performance measures in alignment with the key SLAs and key business KPIs. Ensure operational excellence targets and maintenance plans defined and managed across ecosystem.Lead and incorporate process industry best practices into standard operations with partners and other dependent delivery teams.Ensure that operational readiness for new capabilities required by the business are transitioned and managed with operations.Partner with Value COE/MADJV to incorporate business readiness and value realization activities into key program initiatives and post delivery run the business.Maintain? awareness of platform/product risks and opportunities for expansion and? improvement. Seeks out and recommends improvements which enhance capability, performance, and minimize costs.?Provide recommendations for advancing applications across the globe ensuring high user acceptance and adoption, security compliance.20% Responsible for Portfolio Strategic Partner Management?Lead strategic program delivery partner selection, scoping and performance management. Sponsor negotiations with strategic sourcing. Ensure deliverables achieved, performance to contractual requirements.Drive service introduction of new products to sustainment strategic partners perform to contractual requirements.Assess and monitor team capabilities for: CRM and emerging core platforms, Dev/Ops, Cloud First, Mobile, API & Data engineering.10% Business Results, Metrics, Scorecards and ReportingDefine expectations for program/product delivery, success metrics, value case.? Ensure quality gates/reviews.Maintain metrics of business/operational performance and evaluates trends. Prepares and executes plans to improve operational support, addressing concerns and needs with high performance solutions.?Leads and facilitates portfolio performance and enterprise reviews.Develops internal marketing & outreach plans to stakeholder groups (peer to peer, outside in etc.) to drive excitement, recruiting and value recognition for the portfolio and partnering.Ensure appropriate metrics are maintained, analyzed and acted on in order to ensure effectiveness.Apply for this job.
