We are seeking highly motivated Ecotoxicology Study Monitors for current and future roles. These positions are located in St. Louis, MO. Ecotoxicology Study Monitors support new and existing product registrations and product stewardship for our agriculture chemical portfolio. These roles will focus on the coordination and monitoring of guideline ecotoxicology studies placed at contract research organizations (CRO). Key Responsibilities: Preparation of protocols, study logistics, compliance, data review, final reporting and study close-outManaging a diverse array of study types and ensuring compliance with the appropriate regulatory and facility requirementsDeveloping and maintaining a close working relationship with our company???s product teams, to ensure studies are designed to meet business objectives and key information is communicatedRapidly adjusting to flexible priorities and effectively setting up and supporting projects across multiple technical functionsQualifications:Required Education & Skills/Experience:Minimum of a Bachelor???s degree in environmental toxicology, environmental sciences, biology or a related field of studyAt least two years of experience as a study director/study monitor for GLP regulated studiesSelf-motivated and high attention to detailExcellent oral/ written communication and interpersonal skillsAgility to work on and balance multiple projects, while maintaining the focus to meet business objectivesStrong organizational and documentation skills Desired Skills/Experience:Experience conducting guideline ecotoxicology studies for chemistry pesticide registrationDiverse multi-disciplinary experience managing a variety of study typesDemonstrated experience working with and managing projects with Contract Research OrganizationsExperience working in a CRO as a study director is highly desirable Bayer successfully completed the acquisition of Monsanto in June 2018, bringing together Monsanto???s leadership in seeds and plant traits with Bayer???s leadership in chemical and biological crop protection.
