Education and Marketing Manager
AgCareers.com is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Education and Marketing Manager, within our marketing team. Summary of ResponsibilitiesThis individual will be responsible for enhancing AgCareers.com’s brand among students and young professionals across North America. This role will establish and maintain key strategic relationships that help to target this audience such as FFA, AFA and on-campus relationships. This individual will also carry out marketing efforts, such as promotion of AgCareers.com’s products and services, publishing content for our e-newsletter and blogs, participate in market research development and follow-through, and assist with event coordination. Scope of Work: Lead several strategic partnerships focused on students (such as FFA, AFA) ensuring that commitments are met and further opportunities for collaboration are explored. Build and maintain relationships with career services and key faculty at university and colleges across North America, looking for ways to continue to build awareness of AgCareers.com’s brand.Promote and professionally represent AgCareers.com at events across North America (in person, virtually, by phone)– tradeshows, speaking engagements, client meetings.Manage and support growth of AgCareers.com’s University Partners Program — a virtual space on AgCareers.com where universities can promote their online educational programs.Ability to bring creative ideas and solutions to marketing brainstorms to help leverage or expand AgCareers.com’s brand.Develop educational and promotional content to be distributed through AgCareers.com’s communication outlets, including the weekly e-newsletter, blogs, the AgCareers.com Career Guide and others.Assist with the coordination of the agriculture industry’s largest HR event, the Ag & Food HR Roundtable, as well as assist with other educational events offered by AgCareers.com.Actively participate in the development and execution of AgCareers.com’s annual market research plan. Includes concept development and promotion to targeted audiences.
