?Electrical Tech II-A is a vital role in
the daily operations of our facility. There are a variety of roles and
responsibilities within this title. The types of roles available require
programming and troubleshooting PLC?s, micro-processors, read and write electrical
schematics, design,fabricate and repair electrical control panels. This role
requires being able to read manuals written in English and the ability to write
and document information.
?While performing the
duties of Electrical Tech II-A, the employee is regularly exposed to wet and/or
humid conditions with slippery surfaces; moving mechanical parts; fast paced
warm/cool environment. Positions require standing the entire shift and the use
of PPE is required in all areas of the facility.
Principal Accountabilities Programing and troubleshooting PLC?s , PID?s, micro-processors and
safety controllersPM and troubleshoot MCC panels and large motor startersTroubleshoot by reading an electrical schematic and switchgear systemsPlan, schedule and complete projects with minimum supervision? Design and fabricate electrical controls panels that meet all NEC
requirementsRun conduit and repair existing electrical systemsSkills:
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorshipMust be 18 years or olderInfrared
inspection experience (level 1 thermography or willing to obtain level 1 status
within 6 months of? job acceptance)Ability to read, write, and speak English??Preferred QualificationsAbility to use
AutoCAD to update and create electrical schematicsHVAC or refrigeration and boiler operations, repair experience Basic knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systemsPrevious Cargill experienceWork history in
