Encirca IT Support Specialist
This position is a key resource for Technical support, provided over the phone and email, of the DuPont Pioneer Encirca Services and Field360 precision AG services. Supported audience includes: Pioneer customers, Pioneer Sales professionals, and field/sales employees.Responsibilities:The primary Field Facing Support Personnel for the new mobile application for the DP Track, plus existing applications of Performance Explorer, Field Environment Profile Tool, Service Calls and TrialsProvide front line support for the field regarding Mapping and Encirca ServicesProvide clear and accurate documentation for any contact with the fieldNew Customer Setup and account creationBe the SME on the assigned applications for other membersWork with Jr. and Mid-level Specialists to assess and resolve all possible questions/issues, escalating only confirmed issues for resolution by dev teamsCoordinate with leaders on training items regarding changes to SOP, new releases, and training for new team membersBe the example for team members for how to ???Go Above and Beyond??? to take the user experience to the next level with customer service and technical knowledgeQualifications:Education & Experience: Associates degree in Information Technology preferred or equivalentMore than 2 years applied proprietary software support and training over the phone. Candidates must have strong services aptitude, technical troubleshooting aptitude and interpersonal relation skills to get to, and understand, the root cause of a caller???s question or issue.Apply for this job.
