Woodstock, ILPURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT?Performs a wide variety of administrative support and office clerical functions including customer service, data/content management, and accounts receivable functions.??ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS?Serves as the front line for customer care.?Maintains customer account information in multiple software systems and data management and provides administrative support for business solutions programs.?Communicates with customers and management staff via telephone or in person.?Answers questions, researches discrepancies, and disseminates information when necessary to appropriate personnel.?Performs various accounting functions. Collects deposits or payments as they are received and assists with customer statement reconciliation.?Supports Manager/Salespeople/Drivers with customer administration.?Prepares various sales and commission reports as well as customer IFTA reports?Process intercompany transfers from the bulk plant.?Prepares purchase receipts for the Energy products that are received in the Woodstock warehouse.?Administers the contract programs for DX, gas and LP including running contract status reports.?Administration of budget Bill Program for LP and Fuel Oil.?? Includes contract mailing, reconciling accounts and monthly statement mailing.?Invoice and inventory the transactions made through the keytrol pump in Woodstock.?Sends out daily pricing e-mails to Energy salesman.?Operates office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, fax machines, 10 key adding machine, voice mail systems, personal computers.??OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS?Occasionally may be asked to drive and run local errands as requested.?May be required to cross-train and substitute for other administrative positions.?May be required to work beyond normal business hours on occasion.?Follows Conserv FS?s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.?Performs all other duties as assigned.?REQUIREMENTS?Normally requires a high school diploma, or the equivalent thereof, and 1 ? 3 years or more of clerical related work experience to demonstrate knowledge of professional communication skills, typing proficiency and Microsoft Office programs.?Demonstrate essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.?Must have and maintain a valid driver?s license and satisfactory driving record.?May be required to work extended hours beyond those considered ?normal? to meet seasonal demands.??Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Power Point).?Other systems to be used are Agvance and wEBS.?Work is conducted mainly in a typical office environment, with slight exposure to other warehousing or storage facilities with generally satisfactory conditions, sometimes in a noisy, open area while interacting with team members and serving customer?s needs.?Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on Conserv FS?s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.??Apply for this job.
