PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT Install and deliver products profitably in the Liquid Propane, Refined Fuels and Lubricant Department to businesses and industrial customers and individual accounts to maximize growth, profitability and customer satisfaction. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Maintain prospect list and refer prospects to develop new business Establish efficient schedule to maximize customer satisfaction and profitable Company operation Responsible for control of accounts receivable in accordance with Company Credit Policies and procedures Support and participate in Company sales activities such as sales blitzes and promotions Address complaints immediately to resolve customer dissatisfaction Maintain current customer base Complete and maintain a competitive and self analysis of assigned territory Responsible for enhancing positive Company image thru equipment, vehicles, personal attire, actions and activities Delivers, installs and removes petroleum equipment for customers. Schedules time efficiently to achieve a cost-effective maintenance and repair schedule Services customer equipment repair and summer tank painting Responsible for product delivery to the customer Responsible for setting tanks and servicing equipment Provides maintenance of Company equipment Addresses fuel quality management for customers Completes Public Assembly inspection Directly responsible and accountable for shrinks and inventory control Maintain current billing on products and services delivered Responsible to maintain, complete and submit records and reports Works with Microsoft Office programs and other proprietary software to process electronic orders, scheduling, inventory and other tracking and communication responsibilities OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form Follows GROWMARK s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply Performs all other duties as assigned REQUIREMENTS Normally requires an Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school and six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development Normally requires an acceptable Commercial Driver s License: With Hazmat, Airbrakes and TankerMust obtain and maintain a valid driver s license and satisfactory driving record This position is frequently exposed to extreme weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, etc.) Occasionally works in noisy conditions This position regularly works with conditions that may include dust, fumes, chemicals, and electrical hazards with appropriate safety measures Occasionally may be required to work at varying heights Occasionally may be required to work around confined spaces Occasionally lifts between 51-70lbs Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.
