Come grow with us!?General Purpose and Scope of Position:The Enterprise Learning and Development Business Partner will work with all division areas of the business, including management, human resources and subject matter experts.This role is responsible for enterprise learning programs, including needs analysis and consulting, course design and development, vendor sourcing and selection, scheduling, marketing, quality assurance and evaluation, and resourcing.?Key Skills and Abilities:3+ years of coordinating, designing and facilitating learning and development programs and initiativesBroad knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, facilitation techniques, assessment tools and training measurementExperience in facilitating and delivering effective training programsExperience with Learning Management SystemsSkill in ensuring alignment of training with the business mission and valuesProven experience in understanding business needs and how to link employee performance and learning initiatives to those needsProven experience with managing multiple projects with a consistent track record of meeting deadlinesDemonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of a multi-state, multi-location organization and serve as an effective liaison with all level of employeesEffective customer service focus with a continuous improvement orientationAbility to develop and adhere to minimum standards of learning excellence?Preferred but not Required:Bachelor?s Degree in Education, Human Resources, Organization Development, or related fieldCertification in DISC, EQi 2.0 or other related assessmentsTrain the Trainer certificationCertified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPCL)?Key Personal Attributes:Committed to our Values (Integrity, Diversity, Effort, Accountability and Service)Demonstrated capabilities in teamwork, leadership, and judgment with a high level of customer serviceCritical thinking ability and creative decision-makingExcellent written and verbal communication skills including strong presentation skillsStrong organizational skills including ability to documentDemonstrated ability to research, analyze and proactively problem-solveAbility to mentor, guide, or coach and influence at multiple levels of the organization without having direct authorityDemonstrate a higher level of level of emotional intelligence with the ability to adapt to situations and audience to facilitate positive outcomes?Key Responsibilities and Deliverables Include:?Develop and Maintain Learning Approaches and Best PracticeStay current on developments, trends and innovations in training and education, including specific to our industryContinuously improve systems, processes and procedures that deliver efficient and cost-effective training programsContinuously monitor and recommend ways to enhance participant learning experiences for more effective learning outcomes and business impact?Learning and Development ProgramsCreate, manage and communicate the annual training calendar in consultation with key stakeholders for streamlined and unified approachPlan, organize and manage key training events and programsCreate and monitor project management timelines, budgets and expensesMonitor training effectiveness and impact of programs; conduct course evaluations and impact on participant ongoing performance and engagementService as a resource to the business to proactively identify external training opportunities to meet specific business or functional requirements when an internal solution is unavailable or impracticalDevelop and maintain relationships with external industry-based education to schedule and coordinate training programs?Learning Content and Learning Module SystemAssist in the evaluation, selection and management of e-learning contentManage Learning Module System live events, webinars, reporting and respond to system user requestsResearch and identify external learning resources for training programs and e-learning contentDevelop and create learning content; including supervisor tools, employee development tools and system user guidesCoordinate, communicate and conduct system administrator and user training for the Learning Module System?Compensation and Benefits:Competitive?compensation package??Job Code:?LEARN03339Apply for this job.
