Provide executive level administrative support and project coordination to the President Global Seeds, Regional Director and also for the Seeds Leadership Team efficiently and effectively with a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism. This role includes a broad range of activities to include general administrative to projects requiring more specialized skills. Occasional support required for the direct reports of these two primary executives will be required including meeting planning, travel coordination, occasional budget and expense management in addition to regional office and functional projects.
Providing first line contact with seed industry personnel, company executives, Syngenta management, employees and the publicLiaise closely with Global headquarters administrative support staff to schedule meetings, coordinate itineraries and Executive travel. Provide exceptional calendaring for President Global Seeds, Regional Director and other executives on the direct team.Provide direct assistance to President Global Seeds, Regional Director; secondary assistance to the Seeds Leadership Team as well. Provide support to respective department. May support other departments with events, meetings, etc. as neededGeneral administrative duties, project support, special events and activities as requestedAssist with all event planning logistics, such as invitations, venue selection and bookingsOrganize and plan site events to include, annual family outing, holiday party, Lunch & Learns, etc. Serve on the Employee Engagement Steering CommitteeComplete domestic and international travel bookings for ExecutivesInput and review expense reports requested by Executive(s)Preparation of correspondence, reports, presentations and other material as needed for internal and external meetingsFollowing of budget information provided for ExecutivesOrganize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete under time constraints. Will need to be able to anticipate the needs of Executives and adapt to last minute changeCoordinate and manage Leadership projects of diverse scope and in collaboration with team members and stakeholders; this may require independent research regarding the project, managing and/or influence interdepartmental or cross-functional teams, and directing schedules along with monitoring budget/spending if necessaryPerform other duties as assigned Skills:

High School Diploma.2 year College diploma required.
Minimum five 5 years of secretarial/clerical experience with a two 2 year degree
