Currently, we have an exciting opportunity in our Belle Glade operation and looking for a steadfast Farm Manager to oversee 4 farm locations with 4 direct reports. In this role, you would oversee the daily assessment of crops and fields in production using a keen eye for fertility needs, pest control and weed management. In addition, you would coordinate sales calls, truck drivers and harvesting activities while making good business decisions on crops, fields and labor. DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
