The owner is seeking to hire a person who is interested in both crops and cattle. Good experience operating Ag equipment for crops and livestock production. Need to have a good attitude and understand the big picture for the overall good of the company. Not looking for a manager, but a good lead production employee, who has a strong work ethic, good attitude, is performance based and able to get along as a team player.?Person will assist in crop production, plus a 1,000 hd feedlot, and 300+ cows. Owner has a custom farming business that will keep him away from the farm, so this employee needs to be able to work unsupervised.
