Feed Mill Intern

Job DescriptionFeed Mill interns learn the fundamentals of the feed mill business. This exciting opportunity will expose students to many aspects of business management at one of our mills. The position of Feed Mill intern is focused on learning the basics of managing commercial operations. Internship will include inventory management, rail and truck transportation, ingredient handling, milling, and scheduling shipments. This intern will also participate in safety and safe food initiatives. Student will follow environmental health and safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures as they apply. Student will perform all the other duties as assigned. Junior or Senior perferred, must be pursuing an agriculture-related or business degree, willingness to work long hours, including weekends, great communication skills, works well with others, able to work ouside, some manual labor required, one professional or academic reference required.?Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities, Females, Protected Veterans and Individuals with Disabilities
