It???s what powers the innovations to help solve some of the world???s greatest challenges.    Responsibilities:Develop fermentation processes for biomolecules produced by microbial cultures, including both bacterial and fungal systemsActive participant in the execution of scale-up/scale-down methodology for fermentation processes, including design and analysis of experimentsCollaborate with process technicians, molecular biologists and microbiologists, downstream recovery engineers as well as other members of DuPont IB???s Research and Global Supply organizationsPrepare technical reports, presentations, protocols and other technical and regulatory documentationQualifications:PhD in Chemical or Bio-Chemical Engineering0-2 years industrial experience, including industrial & academic internshipsStrong biological science background (e.g. Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, etc.) Demonstration of exceptional capabilities in educational pursuits and associated work/study programsStrong written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter with good organizational skills and leadership potentialStrong team player Some travel requiredDuPont IB is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
