Develop andprovide agronomic and product education and training to the field sales forcethat supports the sales and service of Pioneer products. Workwith the Technical Product Manager and Agronomy Research Manager to plan andconduct Commercial Unit, and Regional agronomy field trials that improve the productmanagement and/or product positioning of Pioneer seed products. Partner withProduct Agronomists, Territory Managers, Strategic Account Managers and SalesReps to create and deliver product and digital services information whichimproves the productivity and profitability of Pioneer customers. Serve as primary agronomic resource to Territory managers toresolve difficult customer concerns.Technical SalesWork directly with key accounts toapply agronomy information and product management knowledge to deliver Pioneerbrand value and drive sales with targeted accounts.Coordinate the development and deliveryof product management information to assigned territories that differentiatesPioneer seed products and drives sales.Assistin resolving customer service calls involving product performance and/oragronomic issues when unable to be resolved by Seller.Provideinput on sales team performance, selection and evaluation to the District Lead whenrequested.Supportproduct life cycle management in assigned areaAgronomy TrainingProvidestructured product management training to sellers that enables them to improvePioneer seed experience with growers.Coachfield sales employees on customer service call best practices.Provide timely agronomic information tothe field sales team to support the sales effort.Provideagronomic content for technical and marketing communications for both internaland external audiences (Walking Your Fields, Field Facts and Crop Focus, web,mobile, etc?)Agronomy CoordinationCollaboratewith Agronomy Research Manager and Technical Product Manager to coordinate andexecute agronomy trials that can be used to support product management, productpositioning, and field sales training.Coordinateinformation/notes and observations related to the performance and management ofPioneer brand seed products including Product Knowledge Plot (PKP) programsSupportthe use of digital agronomy tools with field teamQualifications:Education ? Bachelors degreerequired. Master's Degree in Agronomy orequivalent is preferred.
