The individual should have diverse agronomy skills and ability to demonstrate sales technique, with 5 years related sales experience. This client is looking for a self-motivated, hardworking individual that loves the agronomy world and holds the same passion as the growers.Responsibilities:Calling and communicating with local growers to help them determine their agronomic needs.Create solutions and build and maintain customer relationshipsSelling to Ag growers within company credit and pricing policiesKnowledgeable on the latest agronomic products, trends, issues, services and resourcesAbility to make chemical, fertilizer & seed recommendationsSoil samplingEquipment calibrationSolicit customers & increase acres and/or opportunitiesCommunicates with management about products being sold or prepaid and problems with products, programs, or producers.Relays requested sales contract and other pertinent information to managementOther duties will apply To be contacted by our recruiting team, submit your resume today.
