Field Sales Representative
EnviroLogix is currently seeking two experienced Regional Sales Representatives based in the Midwest territory. The primary responsibility for this position is corporate sales and growth within key, targeted customer bases. The positon will be responsible for developing and implementing regional sales plans and working closely with our Sales Manager in the field. This position required heavy travel across the region and regular trips for training and development at our corporate offices in Portland, Maine. The positions will split a region that includes the following states with the support of our Sales Manager and Inside Sales Representatives while working remotely: MI, IN, KY, OH, MO, IL, WI, IA, NE, ND, SD, and MN.?Qualified candidates will have bachelor?s degree and a minimum of 5 years? experience in selling related products or services in the diagnostics testing, food safety or agriculture fields. Candidates should have demonstrated success in working with large corporations and complex selling environments. Experience with product contracting and negotiations is a must. Other responsibilities will include:Develops annual regional sales plans which reflect product specific growth targets and overall brand and category strategies, and ensures consistency with overall marketing plans and business growth goals within targeted Go Get accounts.Establishes customer relationships, represents EnviroLogix in the sales process, directs formal sales presentations and completes follow up correspondence and contacts with customers. Provide assistance with product performance issues.Monitors and tracks account performance indicators and ensures that sales plans and promotions are effectively implemented, devises appropriate corrective actions, and leads the development of effective and efficient sales plans.Maintains variety of internal company contacts to gather and exchange information related to sales goals and results, product availability and pricing, marketing strategies and plans and status of orders.Collaborates with senior leadership, Marketing & Product Managers, and Inside Sales to identify strategic targets.Attends trade shows and conferences to promote and advance EnviroLogix and its products.Initiates and maintains collaborative relationships with extension agents, state labs, and relevant industry leaders in your assigned territory.Maintains current knowledge of market and changing developments in the sales field.
