This position will remain open until a suitable candidate is found.?QUALIFICATIONS:- BSc. degree in related field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience- 5 or more years of similar experience in the Ag, construction or industrial equipment industry- Excellent communication skills including ability to develop written reports and to provide guidance and instruction as necessary- Strong at equipment trouble-shooting and problem resolution with ability to remain diplomatic in argumentative and challenging situations- Advanced knowledge/use of Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint with good presentation skills- Valid driver's license with clean driving record and ability to travel extensively throughout geographical territoryKey Qualifications:- Must be strong mechanically and technically with diesel engine experience; 4 Tier experience highly desirable- Strong technical electronic skill set- Good knowledge of dealership operations with a desire to enhance service personnel expertise at their dealerships- Ability to read/understand equipment blueprints, technical manuals and parts manuals??JOB DESCRIPTION:Hansen Agri-PLACEMENT is seeking experienced Tractor Service Managers to cover either an OH/PA territory or a WA/OR territory. Our client is a Large Tractor Manufacturer specializing in the compact tractor segment. The ideal candidate for one of these openings will be self-directed with similar experience in Ag, industrial or construction equipment and will be skilled at trouble-shooting and problem resolution. This individual will also possess the proper communication skills and tactfulness to interact positively with equipment dealership personnel.Key Responsibilities:- Supporting dealerships in all aspects of technical service work, service parts and administrative service-related duties to maintain customer satisfaction- Conducting training to ensure dealership personnel are properly training to work on employers equipment as well as maintain appropriate skill level- Work closely with dealerships to promote the use of OEM service parts and to administer and maintain warranty claims and safety-related issues??ALL INQUIRIES ARE KEPT CONFIDENTIAL.
