Finance Executive Responsibilities: Develop accounting policies to comply with generally accepted accounting principles, tax requirements, and management reporting requirements. Enhance existing financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control systems. Prepare and maintain regular financial planning reports. Execute all aspects of compensation, including payroll, pension plans, and bonus plans. Interpret operating results as they affect the financial aspects of the organization and makes specific recommendations for cost reduction and/or profit improvement. Work with executive team to develop budgets, strategic plans, and financial plans. Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives. Requirements: 7-10 years of experience in finance or accounting MBA and/or CPA preferred Unparalleled numerical skills. Professional proficiency with other Microsoft Office applications; mastery of Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with QuickBooks and ADP payroll system.
