The Financial Leader – Marketing Programs Administration positionsupervises and manages the Marketing Programs Administration team (7employees), ensuring high quality service, accuracy, timeliness, in a customeroriented way, and performs quality controls necessary in the area. The team ofProgram Administrators are responsible for interpreting, calculating, andpaying marketing programs per documented program guidelines. Responsibilities include:Supervise and manage the Marketing Programs Administration teamOwn and improve the Marketing Program Payment processesEnsure high quality service to DAS internal and external customersMonitors the adherence to timelines and drives continuous processimprovementSolves problems escalated by the team and our internal workpartnersEnsures SOX compliance of the processesImplements and enforces internal controlsEnsures adherence to GAAPContributes to the ongoing projects in the Marketing Programs areaMinimal travel is requiredQualifications:Required Qualifications:Strong software skills and knowledge of Windows Officeapplications (Excel, Word, Access), Diamond/SAP & BW ReportingStrong software skills and knowledge of Windows Office applications (Excel, Word, Access), Diamond/SAP & BW ReportingGood communication skillsAbility to solve issues in a complex environmentFlexible with diverse working stylesA minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the abilityto work legally in the United States on a permanent basis (U.S. citizen, U.S.Permanent Resident, or Qualifying Asylee/Refugee).Preferred Qualifications:?
