Objective of Role / Role DescriptionDeveloping analytics and report management fit for purpose processes and workflows. Manage all data governance, including ownership, quality, architecture and usage of data, which includes data analysis and reporting. Oversees the definition of related to content and document management. Scope of RoleThe role would entail supporting the design and deployment operational analytics for the ZFS operations and the processes within their scope of services. The analytics lead is expected to understand the clients” needs and coordinate design and delivery of relevant metrics and reports in a seamless fashion by collaborating with the Global Process Owner roles and ZFS leadership. Main Tasks/Important Responsibilities Essential Functions of the Job: * Provides input to analytics and performance strategy definition * Creates the business requirements to drive data architecture and strategy for the ZFS * Drives the establishment of data and functional requirements for management reporting ensuring flexibility over time in order to accommodate changes in the business needs * Responsible for collaboration with business, service, and enterprise architects to understand the implications of respective data and analytics to maximize the value of information across the organization * Aims at protecting the business, improving business performance and sustaining data quality to enable better decision making. * Responsible for maintaining a holistic view of data assets by creating and maintaining blueprints that illustrate how information is stored, processed, and accessed. Business Intelligence Responsibilities: * Responsible for creation and management of key process and operational analytics. * Reporting & Data Analytics: Provides technology requirement solutions to support standard and data reporting services for and across the various operating units. Able to combine analysis of structured and unstructured data using descriptive and predictive data mining and simulation. Provides service to integrate data from various sources in an organization and ensures that data is well-understood, consistent, and accurate. All analysis will be offered as dashboards and customized reports for key business performance indicators. * Ensures reporting services provide actionable insights from large volumes of structured and unstructured data for effective decision making. Knowledge and Skills Requirements: * Ability to quickly absorb new concepts and ideas – including operating model and process/functional-specific needs * Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) to connect and collaborate effectively with a diverse set of peers and stakeholders; constructive and solution oriented mindset * Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive decisive action on process improvement issues * Must be an analytical thinker, comfortable taking initiative in situations where thought leadership is either absent or unclear * Open minded and culturally sensitive; well-structured and self-driven work approach; innovation driven Understanding of the Business: * Understands ZFS strategy and applies constantly to analyse and advise on performance * Knowledgeable of company capabilities and services Education * Bachelor”s Degree or equivalent experience * LEAN / Six Sigma preferred. Job Experience * 3+ years of professional experience with background in process analytics, Finance business processes, Operations, benchmarking, and SAP/BI * Extensive experience with processes in Finance, Accounting or Controlling; comprehensive experience in process optimization; experience with SSCs with a finance background * Comprehensive experience with ERP and an affinity to support the development and harmonization of supporting IT tools / environments; * Process improvement (LEAN, Six Sigma) or project management expertise preferred Professional Knowledge * Extensive experience with processes in Finance, Accounting or Controlling; experience with SSCs with a finance background Competencies / Skills * Proficiency in English and local languages, if required by market standards. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Proven ability to work in a team environment with strong Analytical and problem solving skills around accounting analytics and processes. * Demonstrated interpersonal skills, customer management skills, analytical, change management and communication skills. * Strong Managerial skills (people and workflow). * Basic computer skills (Word, PowerPoint). * Advanced Excel analytics capability, including pivot tables and data slicing.Apply for this job.
