Food Service Class 1 – Corporate Cafeteria
SUMMARY: Hourly food service TEAM members are responsible for the successful daily operations of our cafeteria and catering departments. Food service class 1 TEAM members may be required to work in one or more of the following capacities: Operation of ware-washing machine and three bay pot sink Removal of waste and recyclables from inside the facility Equipment care, routine and daily cleaning duties, as assigned Receiving, handling and rotation of goods and inventory May participate in low skill/light food preparation duties, as assigned Other duties, as assignedREQUIREMENTS:Education: High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. Servesafe or food handlers certification is preferredExperience: Knowledge of basic culinary and kitchen terminology is preferred.Specific Skills: Ability to work effectively as part of a TEAM. Ability to understand and carry out tasks assigned by managers,Physical REQUIREMENTS: Ability to push, pull, lift or carry up to 50lbs, bend, twist, stoop and reach frequently for the duration of shift, as well as walk or stand for 8 hours on hard surfaces.
