This position cultivates relationships with dealers/customers to ultimately serve them better and provides team members with information to improve service and product and to grow market share. This role supports the sales and operations planning (SOP) process by providing input for forecasting and product development.?Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.1. Demonstrate the Vermeer characteristics of caring culture, demonstrating agility, customer focused, and stewardship and model the associated behaviors.2. Work with assigned dealerships developing a business plan, which are product specific, and assist in the execution, tracking, and measurement of the plan to drive dealer performance. Assist dealers/customers in conducting equipment demonstrations and field applications. Proficiently operate and demonstrate product offering as compared to the competitor s product line. Advise customers and dealers to industry insights about the product line.3. Build strong relationships with dealers/customers and build connections with decision makers. Create and deliver training for sales and service to promote the features and benefits of Vermeer products versus the competition.4. Train dealers/customers on various application specific details and the effects on the machine performance.? Contact customers to ensure product and service satisfaction.5.
