Come grow with us!?General Purpose and Scope of Position:?Collect and weigh raw materials by accurately following workflow and pick list. Responsible for batch accuracy.?Key Skills and Abilities Include:Must be at least 18 years of ageHigh School Diploma, GED or equivalent work experience requiredGood math and organizational skillsAble to follow written and verbal directions, and complete necessary documentation. Ability to read and write English is requiredWilling to work overtime hours as neededAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly, ability to stoop, bend, and climbAbility to read scales and identify ingredients accuratelyRespirator CertifiedForklift License preferred?Key Personal Attributes Include:Driven; self-motivatedCustomer-focusedTeam playerStrong sense of accountability?Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include:Print pick list associated with jobs scheduledIssue materials to the job at hand per pick list detail. Verify all locations, labels, lot numbers, weights and packaging sizes prior to transport to the formulation area. Report any inaccuracies in the pick list before proceedingInspect raw materials for cleanliness and integrity. Immediately report pest activity, foreign material, or issues with color/odor/appearance before proceedingAccurately weigh materials and complete each work flow step as it is performedUse software and/or pick list and/or deduction tags to record used, unused, or damaged materialsAfter properly sealing, documentation, and removing spilled product from raw material packaging, return unused components to proper rack position. Accurately enter any rack locations changesComplete all paperwork and data entry according to SOP?s. Immediately report issues with software, electronic devices, or equipment used in your job to the Plant Operations ManagerStage weighed up raw materials for general production using proper pallet and tagging systemReturn utensils to washroom for cleaning.
