Brief DescriptionThe primary responsibility of the FSQR Customer Relations Expert is to manage day-to-day customer documentation requests and support customers of Cargill Commercial teams and some specific Commercial Excellence customers regarding product quality, food/feed safety, and regulatory compliance issues and provide additional support for specific Product Line(s).?Principal Accountabilities70% – Customer Interaction-
Apply a comprehensive understanding of customer Product Safety, Quality and Regulatory (FSQR) support practices and procedures. Solve day-to-day problems/requests by executing a full scale of customer service solutions. Requests may include but are not limited to quality questionnaires, product- and position statements, information regarding sustainability & social responsibility, product specifications, process information, and legal compliance and supply chain (handling & storage) issues. –
Partner with internal team in BOSC and all Enterprise Businesses to resolve challenges but escalating complex conditions/situations to topic Subject Matter Experts or Manager.-
Work with Cargill Commercial (Sales, Technical Service, etc.) Teams to serve Cargill customers.-
Work with particular Commercial Excellence (CE) customers if applicable. In such cases act as coordinator for all product lines supplying these CE customers and primary contact for monitoring CE customer portals, in cooperation with Subject Matter Experts within the Global FSQR Customer Relations CoE team. –
Contribute to and participate in Product Line strategies around customer FSQR support and provide feedback for the relevant product lines on trending topics.
20% – Business Partnership-
Collaborate with Sales teams, Technical Service teams, Corporate FSQR and Regulatory Affairs, FSQR business and Plant FSQR Leaders, Commercial Excellence, Operations, Logistics, Law, SRA, and Customer Service Desks across businesses in given geography to drive our business to a customer focused organization aligned with the global FSQR Customer Relations CoE objectives.-
Internal communication connection between businesses and enterprises10% – Project Support & Process Improvement-
Assist and actively support in the management of improvement projects and commitments requiring a comprehensive understanding of customer FSQR support, practices and procedures overall, and product line specific knowledge aligned with global FSQR Customer Relations CoE business objectives.Skills:
Minimum Required Qualifications?BS degree in Food Science, Biological Science, Animal Science or related Sciences or relevant business experience (10 years)?Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical services, quality management, product safety or quality auditing in food / feed / bio-industrial / or pharma industrySuccess Factors?Accurate and detail oriented?Demonstrated business acumen?Applied knowledge of quality standards and tools to enhance product safety and quality?Applied knowledge of regulatory and legal requirements (EU/FDA/USDA and specific national level)?Knowledge of customer quality systems and industry certification schemes?Ability to build customer relationships and negotiate effectively with internal and external partners and groups at all levels?Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities simultaneously ?Applied basic project management skills?Applied basic auditing and quality compliance skills
