Fumigation Assistant Manager TriEst Ag Group is an expanding market leader in the pesticide application industry. With a corporate headquarters in Greenville, NC and additional operations in Georgia and Florida, we continue to expand our business on a regional, national and global basis. Currently we have an exciting opportunity for a Fumigation Assistant Manager to aid in our expansion and growth. The Position of Assistant Manager assists in all elements of Fumigation division operation. The position is responsible for becoming familiar with all equipment operation and chemical programs. The Assistant Manager is capable of carrying out all of the duties and filling-in for the division manager on any job in his absence. The following is a list of some of the responsibilities that the Assistant Manager could be required to complete:Responsible for accurately accounting of monthly chemical inventory;Assisting in sales visits and cold calls to potential clients;Attending trade shows and industry field days to promote and acquire new business;Assisting in basic repairs and preventative maintenance of fumigation equipment;Successfully acquiring a CDL driving qualifications and completing all required TriEst Ag company training;Projecting a professional attitude and appearance always representing TriEst Ag Group in its best light;Maintaining and completing job assignments to the specifications as outlined in the chemical program ordered for the client;Exercising good judgment and stewardship of company resources in all areas of work but especially when making all pesticide applications. Accepting that weather dictates successful completion of much of the clients work requires flexibility and preparation to work on the occasional weekend. The Assistant Manager should be prepared to assume any and all tasks that improves and grows the business of the Fumigation Division of TriEst Ag Group. This position reports directly to the Fumigation Division Manager. The person chosen for this position:Must have or be able to obtain an Ag Animal Pesticide LicenseMust have or be eligible to obtain a CDL-B with HAZMAT endorsementMust be able to frequently lift up to 25 poundsMust be available to travel overnight within the US for several consecutive nights
