General ManagerAs the General Manager for our operations in Los Angeles, you are directly responsible for managing our outsourced fulfillment operations in Los Angeles. You will be embedded in the facility of our co-packer to ensure all aspects of fulfillment, from receiving to prep to sorting to pack to delivery, go smoothly on a weekly basis. You are also responsible for ensuring that our co-packer has the operational capacity to meet our long-term growth targets. You will be the main liaison between our company and the co-packer (as well as our delivery company in LA) to ensure that all procedures are followed and that the highest quality of boxes are being delivered to customers.General Manager will be responsible to coordinate all receiving, storage, selecting, picking and packing activities with our co-packer. Will be responsible to maintain pars for both produce items and packaging (boxes, bags, labels), and to source fill-in product when necessary to maintain peak service level to customers. General Manager will make certain that product quality, packing specs, food safety practices and delivery practices of our co-packer and delivery company meet highest standards.General Manager will be responsible to maintain pricing targets to our customers. General Manager will coordinate with co-packer and HQ to make sure the Los Angeles operation can keep pace with demand while maintaining high quality standards. Will work with Chief Innovation Officer and VP of Operations to roll out new delivery areas across Southern California. Will prepare weekly feedback report to ensure accountability and address issues. Will report to VP of Operations and CEO on Los Angeles unit KPI''s – boxes, packed, perfect order rate, #boxes with missing items, labor cost per box, etc. Will take ownership of KPI''s. Will work with HQ and co-packer to implement internal software tools to increase efficiency.Requirements: Two plus years experience in GM, Asst.
