Well-established and rapidly growing supplier of orchard and vineyard tools, hardware, and supplies is seeking a General Manager for their newly acquired location in Sacramento. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the General Manager oversees the operations of the wholesale business unit, including supervising and mentoring a staff of 15 (outside sales, warehouse, customer service, clerical). The General Manager creates incentives for employees and evaluates efficiency and productivity. Additionally, the General Manager collaborates with company executives to develop strategic plans for business growth based on goals, communicating those goals to the team and guiding them to success.
