Train and lead the sales, call center, customer support and ecommerce staff. Provide training program, coaching and mentorship. Responsible for interviewing, hiring and overseeing training program. Requires analytical approach to problem solving, driving results through continuous performance improvement of sales to call ratios, sale closing, upselling, etc. Requires excellent communication skills, solid understanding of sales process and revenue management. Prefer solid understanding of Ag equipment industry.
