General Parts Manager
Gpac has partnered with a multi-location construction equipment dealership looking to fill an opening for General Parts Manager. The company has been family owned and operated for over 40 years in the Bay Area. They are dedicated to their customer base and have a commitment to quality service. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Parts, and 3+ years of experience in management. This position will oversee the Parts Department for 5 locations and report directly to the President of the company. Some travel will be required. Requirements:-Experience with budgeting, hiring, and operations within a dealership setting.-3+ years of management experience in Parts (Construction/Ag Equipment or Trucking)-Proven ability to lead others-Proven track record of ensuring customer satisfaction-Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs. on occasion.
