Come join us on our journey to create solutions for a sustainable future Global Quality Manager, Hygiene – Houston, TX Where the Chemistry Happens As the Global Quality Manager for Hygiene, you will assure our product is in compliance with legal standards and meets customer expectations. Your leadership of the global quality unit employees and functional leadership of the employees of the plant quality labs globally will enhance our reputation and ensure that our products and services drive sustainable growth.Formula for SuccessAs a role model who is thorough and observant with an eye for detail, you will be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and lead your team in the development of new efficient proceduresWith a full understanding of the product requirements for potential and existing customers as well as the competitive landscape and industry standards, you will develop effective quality control, assurance and management processesYour outstanding communication skills will be an asset as you solicit feedback from customers and bring the Non-Conformance Management process to life including reporting and coordination of corrective and preventive actions You will ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines and legal obligations and that required certifications are met (ISO 9001, ISO14001, customer related etc.)Your results driven approach will serve you well as you set up a Management of Change system which ensures accurate documentation, document control and training for all quality related procedures and tasksYou will be accountable for devising (including statistical analysis), reviewing and controlling specifications for products as well as preparation and documentation of audits and follow up on necessary changesCreate Your Own Chemistry: What We Offer YouAdding value to our customers begins with adding value to you.
