Global Quality Testing Data Strategy Lead – #01FLM
The Supply Chain Global Quality Testing Data Strategy Lead is accountable to collaborate across Supply Chain and Quality functions to establish a holistic approach to data creation and management. This role drives innovative means to collect, analyze and present data. This role understands business objectives, analyzes key factors driving performance and collaborates with IT on an enterprise level to create data governance models that enhance the customer experience. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain a cohesive Quality data strategy. Collaborate with business and IT Leaders to proactively leverage Quality data to meet current and future business needs. Own development and execution of a portfolio of Quality data initiatives while leading cross-functional working teams. Implement projects in a timely manner and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders. Translate business needs into conceptual designs. Perform fit/gap analysis based on requirements. Understand evolving business needs and technology capabilities to optimize data and information approaches. Collaborate with key users and operational groups to identify and document business needs, data usage requirements and validation metrics. Posses the expertise to lead valuation, impact analysis, scoping and financial analysis of IT initiatives. Work with analytics teams to contribute to the creation of tools and processes to maintain a common data standard. Partner with department and enterprise architecture teams to define application architecture that integrates seamlessly into the existing product pipeline and automated solutions.Understand and communicate the impact of data components across platforms. Qualifications:Required Skills & Experience8+ years of business / technology experience.3-5 years of data governance experience.Bachelor Degree in a technical field such as, but not limited to, Information Management, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Mathematics or related field.Strong knowledge of data management, modeling, profiling and analysis.Portfolio Management and/or large scale project management experience.Able to lead and effect change in an inclusive manner demonstrating care and concern for people.A customer centric mindset.Ability to build relationships, interact and communicate with stakeholders who have varying levels of expertise.Able to generate and inspire creative thinking from diverse perspectives to deliver business impact. Experience working in a matrixed organization across projects and workstreams.Proven facilitation capabilities and ability to deliver on goals and objectives.
