We are seeking a highly motivated, influential leader to join our dynamic team based in St. Louis, Missouri as the Global Supply Chain Portfolio Manager.The successful candidate will advocate for the importance of portfolio management to support impactful and prioritized business decisions to support our strategy of an end-to-end Global Supply Chain organization. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of project portfolio management analysis and decision processes, including the adoption of portfolio management standards, best practices and tools for Global Supply Chain to enable critical business decisions. The successful candidate will:Manage the portfolio for globally initiated supply chain transformational projects and key strategic initiatives, providing input to the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team on the current and projected status of the portfolioLead an operational global network of supply chain portfolio managers to build consistent portfolio processes based on best practices, internal and external expertiseCollaborate to fully integrate project management efforts with portfolio management to ensure overall operational excellenceCollaborate with other business partners (finance, IT, HR) to compile relevant financial information, including capital, expense, savings and key financial indicators Effectively engage with and influence key stakeholders to balance global and local needs to maximize the business value of key initiativesBe the champion for global portfolio management across the organization..Qualifications:Requirements:Minimum bachelor degree (or equivalent) and 5+ years experience in project/program/portfolio management Demonstrated ability to lead through influenceExcellent communication (written and oral) skills, including with senior managementAbility to work in a diverse and matrixed organizationDemonstrated ability to deliver resultsStrong organizational skills with a focus on detailsStrong problem-solving skillsApply for this job.
