Global Supply Chain Rotational Program – #01RXB
We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Global Supply Chain Rotational Program. This position will be in St. Louis, MO, reporting to our Program Manager. The Supply Chain Rotational Program is a full time, two-year rotational program. Each rotation will last 8 months and rotational associates will have the opportunity to work within a variety of areas within the Supply Chain organization and develop a multitude of skills through the three rotational work assignments and training opportunities. Each of the rotational assignments will focus on important supply chain delivery process design as well as development and improvement initiatives, and have both local and global impacts. Within the two-year program, the candidate will also become familiar with the Supply Chain functions (Plan, Source, Make and Deliver). The goal of this program is to offer challenging assignments through hands-on experiences as a team member within each function. Key Responsibilities ??? Develop a basic understanding of the Global Supply Chain methodologies ??? Identify, develop, and execute continuous improvement initiatives ??? Support development of global process and system improvements/optimizations affecting our Plan, Source, Make and Deliver Functions ??? Synthesize conclusions into recommendations and work directly with supply chain team to implement change ??? Continue to develop and execute increasingly complex improvement initiatives/projects Qualifications:Qualifications:Candidates should have a bachelor's degree completed by June 2019 within Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering or the Sciences Minimum of a 3.0 GPA Proven work/internship/co-op experience Strong relationship and interpersonal skills Collaboration and team focused ??? working with International and Domestic employees Demonstrated leadership (i.e. ??? current leaders of clubs, Greek organizations, etc.) Desire for mobility High level of maturity and strong willingness and demonstrated ability to learn new concepts quickly Critical thinker who ???thinks outside the box??? to achieve goals Excellent results orientation and agility Experience working across cross functional/matrix environments Bayer successfully completed the acquisition of Monsanto in June 2018, bringing together Monsanto???s leadership in seeds and plant traits with Bayer???s leadership in chemical and biological crop protection.
