Global Vegetable Process Owner Supply Allocation – #01FBE
The Global Vegetable Process Owner for Supply Allocation will serve as the global owner of the process and IT systems in the area of supply and inventory allocation within the Global Vegetable Supply chain. The BPO will work with the business and IT partners to ensure continuous improvement, governance, process integrity, and business objectives are achieved. The BPO is responsible for ensuring business processes are executed according to global standards, identifying and facilitating improvement opportunities, participating as a Subject Matter Expert on projects, and acting as key change management owner in line with a customer centric organization. The BPO will identify training gaps and utilize key process indicators to monitor process health. The ideal candidate will be analytical, detail oriented, strong in results orientation, and self-motivated. They will need to have a demonstrated ability to recognize and understand the links and nuances between functions, and able to work with people from different backgrounds. The selected candidate may work from either our Oxnard, CA offices or at our offices St. Louis, MO. Job Requirements ??? Own and maintain alignment on the global, prioritized list of enhancements and support items for the IT applications supporting Supply Allocation for the Global Vegetable Supply Chain team ??? Provide first tier response, support, and training to key users of the IT Applications for Supply Allocation??? Participate on projects that utilize, advance, or modify processes impacting Supply Allocation ??? Work with the Veg Training & Change Management organization to build the appropriate materials to support projects as needed ??? Maintain key metrics to monitor process health??? Develop a working knowledge of the monthly supply allocation process and the integration points within Vegetable Supply Chain. ??? Provide input into user training gaps and deliver training as required ??? Qualifications:Bachelor???s Degree required, preference is Agriculture, Supply Chain, Finance or Engineering Degree Demonstrates very strong analytical skill and capability to manage large quantities of information Strong knowledge on business processes and systems solutions Strong knowledge on business processes and system solutions Ability to perform root cause analysis for various situations and provide recommendations Must be an effective team player and proficiently work with cross functional teams Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent results orientation and follow-through – work with a sense of urgency, able to prioritize during peak workload and in light of ambiguous information or circumstances Ability to travel internationally and domestically up to 10%Apply for this job.
