Role SummaryResponsible foroversight and Coordination of implementing Security Policies, Standards andprocedures across the organization. Will oversee the Security Awareness andtraining program. Drive documentation requirements and provide metrics to theleadership team on the Security programs effectiveness. Key Responsibilities& AccountabilitiesResponsibilitiesManage ITsecurity control processes to prevent or manage remediation of deficiencies toIT control framework guidelines and internal policies, including SOX-relatedpolicies.Act as subjectmatter expert for IT security controls, policies and procedures.Develop, reviseand maintain IT security policies, standards, procedures, forms, and workinstructions.Makerecommendations and develop action plans for continuous improvement.AccountabilitiesDevelop andmaintain Security Awareness and Training program working with relevant internalbusiness partners.Measure andreport on policy and procedures compliance periodically to the leadership team.Act as asecurity liaison with IT and Business teams.QualificationsKeyCompetencies Required TechnicalCompetenciesExperiencerunning Security Awareness and training programs.Strongattention to detail and documentation.Strong abilityto analyze information and develop comprehensive reports. LeadershipCompetenciesAbility to runsmall, medium and large-scale projects.Excellentbusiness and leadership facing capabilities.Excellentproject management skills.Able to presenttraining materials to groups ranging from 20 to 150+ participants.Experience& Education Required5 years ofexperience related to IT Security policy, controls, assessment and audit.Bachelor'sdegree (B.
