This shuttle loading facility and its crew are used to handling a large volume of grain. Due to recent movement within the organization, this regional grain handling leader is looking for someone with strong shuttle loader experience to take over the reins and manage this well-maintained facility!Whether you”re currently a Grain Location Manager at a shuttle facility ready for a change of scenery or an Assistant Grain Location Manager ready for the next step in your career, I would like to confidentially discuss this role with you in more detail!Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage and assist a skilled team of operations employees * Ability to blend grain/maintain grain quality * Identify maintenance needs * Ensure compliance with safety program Background Experience and Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in grain facility operations * Supervisor experience is beneficial but not required * Degree in Ag Business, Ag Economics or related degree preferred Compensation and Benefits:
* $80,000-$95,000 * Paid vacation * Retirement plan * Complete health insurance package
