SUMMARY: This position is responsible for processing Personnel Action Forms (PAF) for new hires and current Team Members and Separation Notification Forms (SNF) for terminations. This includes auditing forms for accuracy and completeness, requesting additional Human Resources information; entering and checking paperwork; maintaining other HR data to be included in the SAP system; answering the telephone and responding to inquiries or directing the calls appropriately; compiling data and generating reports; and any other duties or special projects as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Education beyond high school including less than two years of special training, vocational school and/or college courses. Experience: 3+ years related experience. Bilingual is a plus. Computer Skills: Standard computer skills; MS Outlook and 10-key; must be proficient in SAP HR/Payroll system.
