HR Analytics Manager
Leads the development of comprehensive workforce planning and analytics methods, models and projections; to include analytics of turnover, absenteeism, strategic placement, etc.
Collaborates across HR to identify interventions and strategies to close gaps.
Designs, builds and owns dashboards, scorecards, and reports that will enable the business to improve workforce capacity and capability
Develops reports and presentations to summarize data, strategies, and recommendations
Bring a consulting background and an ownership mentality so as to work effectively and quickly
Fields adhoc requests and supports the analysis and delivery of information. Helps communicate key findings of adhoc analysis appropriately to the relevant stakeholders
Responsible for support of all HR Analytics requests, support demand management of standard and adhoc requests
Supports the improvement, and development of self-service reporting tools/capabilities
Other duties as assigned
Working Conditions: Greeley, Pilgrim?s Corporate Office. Travel is required and may have little notice.
Education: College degree or related experience
Experience: 3+ years of experience developing and using advanced analytics and reporting techniques in HR
Experience operating successfully in a complex organization environment
Advanced computer skills-Microsoft Office
Analytical and process oriented
Experience with SAP and pulling reports a plus
Internal: Work with internal corporate teams to include, but not limited
to Human Resources, Safety, Sales operations and with other members throughout Pilgrim?s
