Will haveresponsibility for managing IT service providers, and third-party contractors responsiblefor day-to-day operations of HR portfolio.QualificationsKey Competencies Required Technical CompetenciesExtensive knowledge of enterprise applications and the supported business processes.Experience in one or more of enterprise HR IT Technologies – SAP HCM, Workday, HR IT Systems Integrations.Ability learn and upskill on new technologies, processes and applications.Experience working with Vendors, product roadmaps and support lifecyclesGood Understanding of ITIL processes.Experience in working with any of service management tools
ServiceNow, BMC Service Desk, JIRA etc.Strong Knowledge on hire to retire and payroll processes. Leadership CompetenciesWork in an individual contributor environment.Manage externally contracted vendor/partner resources.Collaborate with cross-functional global teams and internal customers.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Knowledge and Understanding of Internal Controls. Experience & Education RequiredOverall 8+ years of experience with at least 5+ years of relevant experience in managing HR IT applicationsPreferred Bachelors degree in Information Technology, engineering or related field.Management degree from a Top Tier MBA institute will be an added advantage.Educational background in HR/HRM is a plus.
