PURPOSE AND SUMMARY STATEMENT
Provides administrative support and coordination to all HR functions related to benefits, employment, compensation, payroll, and compliance administration.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist with the preparation and processing of assigned employment documents for accuracy and consistency of seasonal rehire and new hire employees.
Assist with the coordination and communication of seasonal rehire and new hire orientations.
Assist with the coordination and communication of candidate status to hiring managers.
Assist with maintaining employee files, by scanning, uploading, and distributing employee documents as directed.
Maintain spreadsheets, dashboards, and files pertaining to seasonal hiring and prepare reports as directed.
OTHER JOB FUNCTIONS
Assist with the processing of bi-weekly payroll.
Assist with E-Verify of newly hired employee.
Follow GROWMARK?s Code of Conduct and Corporate Compliance Program, Environmental Health and Safety, OSHA and DOT policies and procedures, as they apply.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Normally requires 2-year degree in Business, Accounting or related field and a minimum of 3 years? experience in benefits and payroll, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrates essential abilities including business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, decision making and skill development.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid driver?s license and satisfactory driving record.
Must be able to work extended hours as business conditions warrant.
May be required to travel independently and overnight to Insight FS locations..?
Must be able to suppress confidential information.
Must maintain the highest level of confidentiality with respect to employee and company information. ?
Ability and willingness to participate in required training that may include education on GROWMARK?s policies and procedures and additional training as it relates to the requirements of the position.?
